This recording was made in June 2021 near our parcel of old grenache, souvignargues in the Gard.
We cherish and encourage the bio diversity of this small piece of land. Close by are old evergreen oaks and bracken which encourages nesting birds the loudest of whom are the Nightingales. They arrive in April and have gone by July. We treat with homemade compost teas, essential oils and sow with cover crops in the spring of nitrogen fixing and bee attracting plants.
