Parcours d’art Avignon 2018

This work was made for an end wall in the palais in Avignon in 2018. The drawings were taken from photographs of a burnt woodland near my studio. The colour waves in and out of the drawing into the space past the drawn line. Fragility and absence was the key in making this walking work. The pieces occupied an end wall and became altar like.
