I make work work across drawing, installation, and printmaking about landscapes that are in a state of flux.
I’m interested in how some landscapes change through our consumption of them and use of them . I look for landscapes that have that essence and try and work with that idea. …. Ruins, natural disasters, gyres, waterfalls, greenhouses, sea, burnt forests. Many of these landscapes hold the sublime nature of catastrophe, places fractured by physical shifts – often produced by man. They are shared spaces with history that look both ways backwards as well as forwards.
